All commercial engagements are executed under bilateral Statements of Work (SOW) defining sprint milestones, architecture deliverables, acceptance criteria, and technical stack definitions. Work commences exclusively upon signed mutual agreement and initial milestone escrow or retainer confirmation.
Every deliverable undergoes strict continuous integration checks and automated testing before hand-off. Upon delivery of a milestone demo or repository commit tag, clients receive an inspection window (standard 5 business days) to verify that the implementation adheres to the SOW specifications.
We stand firmly behind the resilience of our engineering. Following production release, Hopfield Labs provides a mandatory 30-day bug-fix warranty at zero additional cost. Any unexpected defect, crash, or regression attributable to our code is remedied with priority P1/P2 response SLAs.
Hopfield Labs executes mutual NDAs prior to reviewing proprietary specifications, pitch decks, or database schemas. All team members and subcontracted specialists are bound by identical perpetual confidentiality covenants.
Hopfield Labs is not liable for upstream infrastructure outages caused by third-party cloud providers (e.g. AWS outage, OpenAI model deprecation, Stripe service disruption) or third-party client modifications made outside our direct supervision.
